Introduction

■ The filter core automatic assembly line includes a total of 7 parts: Housing line, Curing line, Electric test, Pin test, Laser and OCR test, Clip assembly, and Unloading station.

■ Automatically complete the upper shell , sealing to ring material assembly , sealing to ring visual inspection , glue filling , glue quantity inspection , coil assembly , pressure needle , pressure needle height detection , cover material assembly , flip , sealing to ring re-inspection , defective product rejection and many other processes .

■ The whole line adopt modular design and circular line layout , with a production capacity of 1440PCS/H .

■ This line is controlled by PLC+PC to ensure the stability of the entire system and can communicate with the factory information center to monitor the operating status of the equipment at any time .
