Features

This automated production line can automatically complete the automatic assembly and testing for 86 five-holes national standard sockets . The whole line have more than 40 stations , including socket base assembly and intelligent buffering , three-stage assembly of front cover base , modular integrated design , AGV , The vibrating plate is automatically loaded and unloaded , and the whole line realizes unmanned automatic production .The whole line adopt the circular layout in the segment + the straight line layout of the shaping + the modular integration of the station , which realizes a compact structure , a neat appearance and a clear hierarchy .AGV , the vibrating plate automatically loads and unloads , realizing unmanned production .The terminal screw lock adopts a double servo lock structure to ensure the same height of the screw lock .The assembly adopts PPU fast hand and high-speed pick-up assembly to ensure high-speed and high-precision assembly .CCD is used to detect the deviation from the missing material and the assembly position of the parts and the material deformation to ensure the assembly quality .The buffer adopts linear motor to speed up hand grabbing and storage of 7 equidistant belt lines , realizing quick hand transplanting and storage .The latter part adopt CCD appearance inspection , plug-in force inspection , fatigue resistance test to achieve high-quality production .
